On February 11th we converted into a new payment system. The new system is live as of 1:00 PM on the 11th. Unfortunately, due to rising costs once the new system is operational a convenience fee of 3.15% will be added to all credit card transactions up to $500.00 max, and $1.00 for all ACH transactions. You Can Now Pay Your Bill Online
Hubbard Cooperative Telephone Association is excited to announce the launch of our brand new billing and payment system, highlighted by a new online bill portal. The online bill pay portal offers a hosts of ways to pay your bill online including:
- Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit and debit cards
- Paypal, Paypal Credit and Venmo
- Traditional Checking and Savings Payments
You can also use the new online bill pay portal to enroll in AutoPay, the easiest way to ensure your bill is paid on time each month. AutoPay allows you to select your preferred payment method and monthly payment date. The online bill pay portal is also Free to use, allowing you to enjoy fee-free convenience when paying your bill.

Refund Policy
Upon disconnection of services and after the final bill has been paid in full – Hubbard Cooperative Telephone Assn. will refund to the customer $20 for the share required for services with our company. If a credit balance is on the account after disconnection of service – Hubbard Cooperative Telephone Assn. will refund the credit amount within 6 – 8 weeks of disconnection date.
