To register, use your 10 digit ACCOUNT NUMBER and then enter your “Secret Code” using the numerals 548 along with the last four digits of your service number in the bill sample (example: 5480102).

Refund Policy

Upon disconnection of services and after the final bill has been paid in full – Hubbard Cooperative Telephone Assn. will refund to the customer $20 for the share required for services with our company. If a credit balance is on the account after disconnection of service – Hubbard Cooperative Telephone Assn. will refund the credit amount within 6 – 8 weeks of disconnection date.
